We listen carefully to your brief, and ask lots of questions. This is an immensely important stage, so that you don’t waste money with a refurbishment that doesn’t work for you.

CBS then come up with ideas and suggestions. This quickly leads to initial designs and layouts. We discuss these with you, and refine them until all stakeholders are in agreement.

We provide costs, including estimates for alternatives, and arrive at the budget figure you want to achieve. We aim to make our costs comprehensive, so that later ‘extras’ are kept to a minimum, and our initial estimates include surveys, outside consultants and compliances. We also discuss the benefits of leasing and provide a leasing quotation.

CBS next provide you with a comprehensive order schedule which lists what we have agreed, and exactly what we are providing for each area. Once finalised, this becomes the basis for our contract with you.

Once a contract is in place we move on to Fulfilment, which includes:
Programme, Management, Conformancem, Procurement, Work On Site, Completion, and Communication.
